MailBugs are shipped already configured and ready to use. However, if for some reason you need to change the access number (aka, connect phone number) that your MailBug uses, then our MailBug Customer Support staff will be glad to help you find a new one for your MailBug to use. Just contact us and we’ll help you with making the change.
Before using any access number, we recommend that you confirm that it is a local phone number that you (and your MailBug) can dial and not incur long-distance toll charges. Please note that Landel is not responsible for any toll charges by your phone company if the number used is not in your local dialing area.
